Build Product & Variant Mappings

Create two-way product and inventory mappings after products already exist in both stores. This is required for reliable two-way product and inventory sync.

Build mappings for sync group

Best result: products should have the same handle in both stores, and variants should have the same SKU. The tool also creates legacy pair mappings in both directions for compatibility.

How to use

  1. Install the app on both stores.
  2. Make sure both stores are selected in the sync group.
  3. Run clone first, or make sure the same products already exist in both stores.
  4. Use Product matching: By handle and Variant matching: By SKU.
  5. Click Build / repair mappings.
  6. After it finishes, test product title sync, then inventory sync.

For inventory sync, each matching variant must have an inventory item in both stores. Empty SKUs can still be mapped by options, but SKU matching is much safer.
